Privacy Policy

To provide and maintain the service, we collect the following types of information:

• Account information: the email you use to sign in and receive notifications, plus encrypted login credentials.
• Order and billing information: models, terms, regions, and add-ons you rent. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and security information: anonymous client identifiers (SSAID), access logs, and sign-in records to identify devices and prevent abuse.
• Information you submit: descriptions and correspondence from tickets or email.

We use collected information only to: complete orders and payments, provision and maintain your nodes, verify accounts, respond to tickets and email, investigate security and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes.

Account information is kept while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data after necessary billing reconciliation.

After service ends or renewal lapses, data on the node is wiped within a reasonable period before reassignment. Tickets and correspondence are retained for a period for support history, then cleaned up.

We do not sell your personal information. We share necessary data with service providers required to operate the service:

• Payments: Stripe, for checkout and subscription billing.
• Email: Resend, for verification codes, billing, and ticket notifications.

Beyond these providers, we disclose information to authorities only when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Account credentials are stored encrypted; site traffic uses HTTPS. Sensitive console fields (e.g. node login passwords) are hidden until you choose to reveal them. We continually improve security but cannot guarantee absolute safety of any transmission or storage.

You may view and update account information in the console. To access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold, email support@vmspin.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand page views and feature usage and improve the product. Analytics are not used for third-party personalized advertising.

The site stores necessary technical data in your browser (e.g. login state, anonymous client ID) to maintain sessions and identify devices. This is not used for cross-site tracking.

The service is for users who can enter binding contracts independently. We do not knowingly collect minors' personal information. If you believe a minor registered without guardian consent, contact us to assist.

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version replaces this page with an updated date. Material changes will be notified to your account email.
