Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of VMSPIN physical Mac mini rental services. By placing an order or using the service, you confirm you have read and agree to the following.

Contents Service description Account and ordering Billing and subscriptions Refunds Service availability Acceptable use Termination Disclaimer Governing law and jurisdiction Changes and contact
01

Service description

VMSPIN provides dedicated rental of physical Apple Silicon hosts (Mac mini M4 / Mac mini M4 Pro). For your rental term you receive exclusive use of the device and root access — not virtualization or time-shared resources.

Model specs, billing cycles, and add-ons follow the pricing page at the time of order. That data is the same source as the order page; if updated, the latest page applies.

02

Account and ordering

Ordering does not require prior registration — payment activates the service. After payment you may link the order to your email account for renewal, remote access, and tickets in the console.

You must provide a valid email at checkout and safeguard account credentials (password, login codes). We will help investigate unauthorized access from credential leaks but are not liable for direct losses that result.

03

Billing and subscriptions

Daily rental is a one-time charge with no auto-renewal. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans are subscriptions renewed automatically through Stripe until you cancel.

  • You may sign in to the console anytime and use "Manage subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal to view, change, or cancel.
  • If a charge fails, Stripe retries per its default policy and we notify your account email to update payment details.
  • If charges keep failing after retries, we suspend the affected node. Data is retained for a period so you can pay and restore; after that window, the node is terminated and data is wiped.
04

Refunds

Once payment is made and delivery begins, fees are generally non-refundable for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans. Confirm model, term, and region before ordering.

If a node is unusable for an extended period due to a fault within our control and a ticket does not resolve it, we may adjust fees case by case — this is not a general refund guarantee.

05

Service availability

We strive for continuous availability through automation and multi-region deployment but do not commit to a specific uptime percentage or response time.

If a node will not power on or connect, submit a ticket in the console. Technical advisors monitor tickets and email 24/7 and will investigate promptly.

06

Acceptable use

You may install and run software on your rented node, but you must not use it for:

  • Any activity that violates applicable law, including distributing malware, launching network attacks, or infringing intellectual property.
  • Abuse of shared network resources — e.g. large-scale port scanning, spam, or behavior that harms other users.
  • Reselling or subleasing node access to third parties without our consent.

Accounts that violate these rules may have service suspended or terminated after notice.

07

Termination

You may stop renewal anytime in the console to end service. We may also terminate for unpaid balances or acceptable-use violations, with notice to your account email when possible.

After termination, node data is wiped within a reasonable period and the device is reassigned. Back up anything you need before termination.

08

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranties about software you run, data you generate, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service.

09

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction. Data center locations (e.g. Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, US East/West) are physical deployment sites only and are not the legal venue for these terms.

10

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version replaces this page with an updated date. Material changes will be notified to your account email.
